What I need from you,what you have to have

First, I will need a VIN number of your machine. (fill up the form with your name,state and VIN #)
When the theft and lien record checks out I'll need following items.
-Picture of VIN number (you can text it)
-Pictures of all four sides of the machine. (you can text them too)
-Your name and address. (text them too with pictures)
You are still NOT paying :)
I will send you paperwork to sign in front of your notary (It's a MUST))
Send back notarized documents. (You'll get envelope too)
I'll file everything with the DMV - this is where you pay (check, Zelle, Venmo).
You are getting PA temporary registration, PA ATV plates and proof of filing right there. (I'll mail it right away + I'll text you a picture)
Original PA DCNR title and registration usually takes 5-6 weeks.(I'll mail it separately of course, will text you too)
Fun fact - DMV sends title and registration in two separate envelopes on separate days. (always takes a while)
PICTURES REQUIREMENT
All four sides of the machine on pictures has to be taken "camera facing forward"
DO NOT take pix "looking down, at the angle" - kneel or take picture from belly button level.
Entire machine including tires has to be in frame.
All paperwork is done in state of Pennsylvania (DMV / DCNR).
You are getting Pennsylvania's title, ATV registration (valid for  2 years) and ATV plate.
Along with originals you will get a notarized Bill of Sale with your name as a buyer to transfer title to your name.
